Florida is one of the most cosmopolitan areas of the United States, and 250+ congregations in Florida Conference reflect this rich diversity. Congregations vary in size, ethnic mix, and worship style. Many groups minister in languages other than English. These differences, when experienced in the context of God’s all-inclusive love and grace, provide a thriving environment for cultural and spiritual enrichment.
The role of Florida Conference is to ensure effective and appropriate use of resources, while providing a central organization to help congregations accomplish more than they could achieve on their own.
