Stories and story ideas can be submitted at any time. We publish articles on the Florida Conference web site on a regular basis. The following time guidelines should be considered for submitting material for print publications. NOTE: all submissions are subject to editorial review. We do not guarantee publication of stories, or where they may appear.

Southern Tidings
Submit a minimum of three months prior to a publication month:

• January issue—submit late October
• February issue—submit late November
• March issue—submit late December
• April issue—submit late January
• May issue—submit late February
• June issue—submit late March
• July issue—submit late April
• August issue—submit late May
• September issue—submit late June
• October issue—submit late July
• November issue—submit late August
• December issue—submit late September

Florida Focus
Submit stories any time during last month of the previous quarter, or sooner:

• December for first-quarter issue
• March for second-quarter issue
• June for third-quarter issue
• September for fourth-quarter issue

The publication schedule for Florida Focus isn’t rigid. Although we target publishing issues in February, May, August, and November, an issue may fluctuate a month sooner or later, as needed.
