Fortec Lifetime Ultra
To View Hope Church Channel

Note: Before attempting to program new channels it may be necessary to make adjustments to the dish and/or LNB to obtain a strong signal that reflects good signal and quality levels. Poor signal quality will affect the ability to program and properly receive additional channels. A signal of 40% on a Fortec will usually provide adequate signal to allow a search.

Select Power Search, press OK. Channels will be automatically programmed!

Or

Manually adding New Transponder / Channel Information:

1. Using the remote control, press the MENU key, then press the right VOL key, the INSTALLATION menu item will highlight.
2. Press the up CH key once, and highlight EDIT TP/SATELLITE. Now press the OK key, and the EDIT TP/SATELLITE window will open.
3. Press the down CH key to select satellite AMC4 101W, then press the OK key. Press the up CH key once, and highlight EDIT TP, then press the OK key.
4. Highlight NEW TRANSPONDER and then press the OK key. A new window will appear, with DOWN FREQUENCY Highlighted at the top in yellow.
5. Enter the frequency 12116.900 for Hope Church Channel in the box.
   (This frequency may be slightly different for some receivers. See note on main instruction page.)
6. Press the down CH key once, and highlight Symbol Rate. Type the Symbol rate 3100 for Hope Church Channel.
7. Press the down CH key once, and highlight Polarity. Press the right VOLUME key to select HORIZONTAL.
8. Press the OK key to add the transponder to the list.
9. Press EXIT key twice to enter the INSTALLATION menu screen.
10. Press the up CH key to highlight TP SCAN, press OK to open the SCAN MODE window, press OK to select AMC4 satellite, Press OK to open a list of transponders on AMC4.
11. Press the up CH key to highlight Frequency 11914.
12. Press OK to scan in Hope Church Channel. The channel will automatically appear.
